Do you buy used vinyl or audio gear collections?

Yes. If you want to get an offer on audio gear or a collection of used records, you can call ahead or drop off for an overnight quote. Please contact us before bringing in any BIG collections.

Do you purchase items for consignment?

On occasion. Typically we only consign with artists and local brands, and not individuals. If you have items you’d like to sell outright, we will take a look!

Are your shoes new or used?

We carry a curated mix of used (which are well cleaned) and new shoes. Our shoes do not come in multiple sizes, what you see is what we have.

Will you get ________ album in stock?

Depends! We often carry popular new releases on their release date. Some records are out of print or difficult to find. You can make a request for a specific album here. We keep a chalkboard of requests in person too that we consider when putting in new orders.

What is your return policy?

Records: Exchange only within 30 days, without damage. Sealed records that remain sealed and undamaged may be qualified for a refund.

Audio Gear: Within 30 days, used audio gear including speakers, turntables, receivers, and other items will be charged a 20% restocking fee for returns, or may be exchanged for audio gear at the same or lesser value. Any damaged items are subject to higher fees or lower exchange rates.

Clothing: Articles of clothing may be returned for full sales price within 30 days, product must not be damaged or frequently used.

Can I order specific parts for skateboards?

Yes. We place orders with a large distributer based on requests for skate gear.

How do I book a show through Treedome?

Please reach out to nathan@treedomemn.com for any show inquiries or EPK packages. We recommend providing a date or two that you are specifically looking to book. We work with a number of venues and festivals in Minnesota in order to place bands appropriately.

How much does a music video cost?

We have standard half-day and full-day rates for shooting any type of content as well as an editing rate. Our videos work is quoted based on whats best for your situation.

How long have you been here? I can’t believe I didn’t know about this!

We love the shock and awe we get in the shop as folks discover our new location, which opened in November 2022 in an abandoned bar. However, we have been in business since 2017, with an original location in Winona, MN. Our new space reflects our passions and curiosities, and honors partnerships we’ve made throughout the region.
